The MBB Clean Energy AG will be appoint a new chairman of the supervisory board. Ralk Klenk, managing director of the Flinspach Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG, has left the supervisory board in accordance with the statues. A supervisory board meeting will be convened shortly to appoint a new chairman.
